Yes, all sales are final due to the custom and handmade nature of our products. However, in extreme circumstances, we may consider an exchange or a remake at our discretion. Please review our Return Policy for more details.

3. How do I place a custom rug commission?

  • To start a custom rug commission, fill out our Commissions Form. You can expect a response within 1-2 business days.
  • If your commission is approved, we will reach out with further details to confirm pricing and design specifications.
  • Once confirmed, we will create a mock-up of your design and provide an invoice via email.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start production.

4. How long does production take?

Production takes 2-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design, size, and current order volume. Shipping may require an additional 3-5 business days for delivery.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping within the U.S. is included in the price of your order, but international customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Follow these tips to keep your rug in the best condition:

Placement:

  • Place your rug in low foot traffic areas to maintain its appearance and durability.
  • Avoid placing your rug in direct sunlight for prolonged periods to prevent fading.

Cleaning Spills:

  • Blot spills immediately with a clean cloth or paper towel to remove excess liquid.
  • Use warm water and a small amount of mild hand soap to clean the area gently—avoid rubbing or wiping.

Loose Yarn or Fibers:

  • Do not pull loose yarns. Use sharp scissors to carefully trim them to match the rug’s surface.

Vacuuming:

  • Use vacuum attachments with low suction settings to clean your rug.
  • Avoid using a high-powered vacuum or rotary brush attachments, as they may damage the yarn or adhesive backing.

Deep Cleaning:

  • For a deeper clean, lightly dab with warm water and soap as needed. Avoid soaking the rug.
  • Never use harsh cleaning agents or chemicals, as they can damage the dyes and yarn fibers.

Washing & Drying:

  • Do not machine wash or dry your rug. The adhesive and materials will degrade over time.

Storage:

  • When storing, roll your rug instead of folding it to prevent creases.

Once your order is confirmed and production begins, cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated. Please double-check all details before finalizing your purchase.

13. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final, but in rare and extreme circumstances, we may approve an exchange or remake at our discretion.
