RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At YC Threads Co., every piece is made with care and intention. We take pride in creating garments that reflect craftsmanship, patience, and process. Because of this, we do not accept returns. However, we understand that sizing or preferences may vary, and we’re happy to offer exchanges under the conditions below.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@ycthreads.com to request an exchange.
To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Exchanges are accepted for equal or lesser value products only.

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right quickly — either through a replacement or exchange.

Final Sale Items

All items marked Final Sale or discounted are not eligible for exchange.
