SHIPPING POLICY

At YC Threads Co., each order is packaged with care and intention. We believe in doing things slowly and well, ensuring that every piece you receive reflects the same patience and quality that goes into its creation.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
During new launches or high-order periods, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • YC Threads Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take care to package every order securely to prevent damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost while shipping, please contact us at info@ycthreads.com with your order details and, if possible, photos of the package or item. We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and make things right.

Pre-Orders

Orders that include pre-order items will ship together once all items are available. Estimated shipping timelines are always listed on product pages.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once a package has been processed, we’re unable to make address changes.
